Leather is a material that is both difficult and sophisticated by nature. However, the greatest feature of leather is that it combines its timelessness with its multi-personality. This makes leather indispensable.

Instead of creating something out of nothing, skin shapes what already exists and makes it more distinct.

The RUF's raison d'être is to combine the right leather quality and the right pattern with superior craftsmanship, making leather wearable at any time of the day.

The RUF is the choice of women who do not like ordinariness, who constantly seek new beginnings, who add a piece of themselves to everything they touch, and who prefer to use leather as a lever for their style in clothing.

My idea to create a collection of leather clothing dates back many years.

Although I graduated from Istanbul Bilgi University, Department of Media and Communication Systems, I was working on a subject that was very different from my real profession, and many years ago, I happened to observe the production process in detail in a leather factory.

After witnessing the hardship of leather production and the care given to each piece of leather, my interest in fashion turned into a passion focused on leather products.

I started working to combine previously untried colors and models with the right leather quality and pattern, and to make leather an alternative that can be used every day of the year, every hour of the day. As a result of these studies, THE RUF was born in 2016.
