Returns & Exchanges

If for any reason you are not satisfied with the product you purchased from our website, you can exchange or return it within 14 days after your order was delivered to you.

Products sent for return or exchange;

• Must be in original packaging (new, unworn, uncontaminated and in saleable condition).
• Products that are unused and undamaged and have all tags attached can be returned or exchanged.
• Returns and exchanges cannot be made in cases where the product is used, labels or logos are removed and/or damaged, or the product or its accessories (such as belts, etc.) are damaged.
• All returned and exchanged products must be sent with all accessories.
• Products that are not in new condition and are dirty, deformed, damaged, washed, misused, missing labels and accessories, or defective will be returned to the buyer.
• Products that are produced or modified in accordance with the customer's special request and demand cannot be returned or exchanged.

Returns and exchanges for purchased but unused products are made within 14 (fourteen) days from the date of purchase. Returns and exchanges for products whose 14-day shipping period has expired are not possible.

In order for the return and exchange process to begin, before sending the product to us, please send an e-mail to info@theruf.com.tr (including your name, address, phone number, order and return & exchange request) and contact us at 0090 212 999 56 88. Then, send your return or exchange product to our Istanbul address specified below.

The shipping cost sent to us within the scope of return and exchange belongs to the customer.

We will get back to you within 7 business days after we send you a confirmation email stating that the product sent for return or exchange has been received by us.

The cost of the products approved for return will be refunded to your credit card within 7 business days by our company.
